The Story
We dye this silk slip dress by hand with ketapang leaves, creating warm earthy tones Each moon motif is first hand sewn, stitch by stitch, a quiet meditation. Then we submerge the silk into the ketapang dye bath, keeping it moving over hours as the color deepens. After the dye becomes one with the silk, we release the thread from the moons, revealing their pattern. Cut on the bias, the silk drapes and clings in all the right places, moving with your body like water.
